Tempered Glass
Toughened glass is manufactured through cooling the surface of glasses rapidly and making the compressive stress distribute in the surface of glasses and the tensile stress in the central layer when the sheet glass is heated near the softening point. Because the tensile stress produced by the powerful and even compressive stress is counteracted by the powerful compressive stress of glasses, the safety of glasses is improved.
The strength of toughened glass is about eight times of that of the common glasses, i.e. more than 95 Pa. If met with by powerful external force, the toughened glasses will be broken into particles as small as bean. Thus, its harm can be reduced. Toughened glasses can be widely applied to building decoration, furniture, vehicles and vessels.

Roller turning off the glass out of tin bath into annealing furnace for annealing, after annealed and cut, the float glass products was formed.

Patterned glass applicable to the construction of internal partitions, doors and toilet, as well as various location of sightseeing block. Patterned glass is applicable to various public and private establishments who take both lighting and hiding, such as office conference rooms, meeting rooms, hotels, hospitals, sports grounds, gymnasium, bathroom, toilet, and so on. Also, it is widely used as t pan safety glass, furniture tops, lamps and shelf material.
Introduction of product line:
Patterned glass, also named embossed and knurling glass, which is a kind of flat glass manufactured by calendering molding through the manufacturing process of single and double roller. Single roller method is to pour liquid glass onto calendering table made of cast steel or cast iron. Whereas a pattern, the roller roll up on the glass surface, the embossed glass then to be sent to annealing furnace. Twin-roll production of embossed glass manufacturing is divided into two semi-continuous and continuous rolling process, the liquid glass goes through the water-cooled twin roller, and move forward with roll into the annealing furnace, generally there's convex pattern on the surface of the down roll, the up roll is for polishing, thus a single pattern embossed glass are formed in this way.
Laminated Glass
Laminated glass is a kind of safety glass which is combined from one or more layers of PVB through heating and pressing processes by autoclave. On order to satisfy the requirements of different customers and designers, we're able to provide milky white or multi-cool, films and films with geometrical patterns other than transparent PVB for customers' selection.
Laminated glass can be widely applied in houses, net racks, canopies, point-supporting curtains walls, observation elevators, airports, counter of bank and windows of motor, etc.
Features of laminated glass:
1. High safety performance: PVB film is firm, rich of adhesion and cannot be penetrated when impacted. Therefore, even when the laminated glass is broken, the sheet glasses are still able to adhere to PVB films and thus the persons and things around won't be hurt;
2. Good sound insulation performance: PVB has good damping action on sound waves; therefore, the laminated glasses are able to block the transmission of sound effectively and reduce the noises obviously;
3. Ultraviolet radiation prevention: Besides ensuring the visible lights are able to enter indoors, PVB films are able to block 99% ultraviolet radiation and prevent the furniture and other items indoors from discoloring due to irradiation of ultraviolet radiation.
4. Defense to hurricane and earthquake: Due to rupture or fracture in laminated glass, debris remained in situ performance, it causes people in hurricanes and the earthquake zone are pleased to use the materials.
5. Bullet-proof, anti-riot: excellent toughness of PVB, laminated glass in fierce attacks by foreign forces, films will absorb a large amount of impact properties to make it so quickly decay, PVB films by increasing the thickness of glass or a combination of laminated glass effectively prevent bullet-proof from attacking.

Patterned Glass
Window film is a retrofit upgrade that is generally installed to flat glass in existing buildings. When installed to vehicles it is referred to as window tinting.
